Just before his debut DJ set at the Sydney Opera House, Andrew Weatherall sat down with Ben Marshall, the Head of Contemporary Music at the iconic venue. They discussed when and how he fell in love with music and how dance music and clubbing are not necessarily just part of a hedonistic escapism but can stimulate a deeper, celebratory and more ‘spiritual’ experience.
